As of July 2, 2025, applicants for retail cannabis store positions or registered cannabis representative positions are no longer required to be certified as a Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW) and do not have to submit an Application for QCW form. New employees will now be required to be certified in the SellSafe Staff Training Program within 30 days of their employment start date.
The Learning Management System will be unavailable to users on November 14, 2025 at 10:00 pm MST through November 16, 2025 at 12:00 pm MST for scheduled maintenance. Please note that first time ProServe and SellSafe Staff Training certifications are required within 30 days of the employment start date to minimizes the impact to learners. We apologize for the inconvenience.
To comply with AGLC’s policies, workers in their respective industries must have the certification required for the work they do.
