Qualified Cannabis Worker Update

As of July 2, 2025, applicants for retail cannabis store positions or registered cannabis representative positions are no longer required to be certified as a Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW) and do not have to submit an Application for QCW form. New employees will now be required to be certified in the SellSafe Staff Training Program within 30 days of their employment start date.

The Learning Management System will be unavailable to users on May 15, 2026 at 10:00 p.m. MST through May 16, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. MST for scheduled maintenance. Please note that first time ProServe and SellSafe Staff Training certifications are required within 30 days of the employment start date to minimizes the impact to learners. We apologize for the inconvenience.
