Maintenance

The Learning Management System will be unavailable to users on November 14, 2025 at 10:00 pm MST through November 16, 2025 at 12:00 pm MST for scheduled maintenance. Please note that first time ProServe and SellSafe Staff Training certifications are required within 30 days of the employment start date to minimizes the impact to learners.


 

Additionally, general maintenance for this system occurs on Saturdays between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m. MST. You may experience system interruptions during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Protection of Privacy – The personal information requested on this site is collected under the authority of Sections 4(a) and (c) of the Alberta Protection of Privacy Act. It will be used only for the administration of AGLC’s Learning Management system and associated certifications. Automated systems may be used for internal analytics and/or support.
