New account requests
The Internet Account Request Form must be downloaded, completed, and emailed, mailed or faxed to AGLC.
Required information includes:
- Organization name
- AGLC ID (also referred to as the Stakeholder ID)
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Signatures of the President and Treasurer of the organization

New account requests
For Secured Reports new account requests:
- Financial Reports – please have your controller complete and submit the form and email it to securedreports@aglc.ca.
- Off-site Reports – please call the AGLC Stettler Customer Care at 1-800-561-4415. New accounts will only be created for Casino Auditors that work off-site. To gain access to Off-site Reports, you must already have access to Secured Reports.
- Monthly Performance Data Reports for Gaming Vendors – please email jeremy.robic@aglc.ca. To gain access to Monthly Performance Data Reports for Gaming Vendors, you must already have access to Secured Reports.
- Casino Activity and Winner’s Edge Reports – please have your controller complete and submit the form and email it to jeremy.robic@aglc.ca.

For liquor licensees
Liquor price change information: licensees that have purchased products from external warehouses can view information on recent and upcoming price changes.
New account requests

How to qualify as a cannabis worker
Qualified cannabis worker will continue to be submitted by email, mail or delivery to AGLC offices. At a future date, AGLC will transition these application process to the new licensing portal.
