New account requests

The Internet Account Request Form must be downloaded, completed, and emailed, mailed or faxed to AGLC.

Required information includes:

  • Organization name
  • AGLC ID (also referred to as the Stakeholder ID)
  • Mailing address
  • Email address
  • Signatures of the President and Treasurer of the organization

For Secured Reports new account requests:

  • Financial Reports – please have your controller complete and submit the form and email it to securedreports@aglc.ca
  • Off-site Reports – please call the AGLC Stettler Hotline at 1-800-561-4415. New accounts will only be created for Casino Auditors that work off-site. To gain access to Off-site Reports, you must already have access to Secured Reports.
  • Monthly Performance Data Reports for Gaming Vendors – please email jeffrey.konowalchuk@aglc.ca. To gain access to Monthly Performance Data Reports for Gaming Vendors, you must already have access to Secured Reports.
  • Casino Activity and Winner’s Edge Reports – please have your controller complete and submit the form and email it to jeffrey.konowalchuk@aglc.ca

Liquor price change information: licensees that have purchased products from external warehouses can view information on recent and upcoming price changes.
