How to apply for lottery terminals

  • If your location currently does not have a lottery terminal and you would like to apply for one, complete a Ticket Inquiry Form.
  • Please email the completed form to retailnetworks@aglc.ca or fax it to 780-447-8910. We will contact you if further information is required. You will be contacted by our office in approximately 4 - 6 weeks regarding your application.
