The affected units are labeled with the incorrect lot number L25254A and show a printed Total THC value of 402.26 mg/g, while the actual amount present in the product is 855.1 mg/g. No additional lots from this SKU are affected.
To date, Culture Kizos Inc. has received one complaint related to the identification of these labelling discrepancies. Health Canada has received no complaints related to the recalled lot. In addition, neither Health Canada, Culture Kizos Inc., nor AGLC have received any adverse reaction reports for the recalled lots.
