This form must be submitted and approved before gaming proceeds can be used for wages/salaries.

Retention of Gaming Funds must have prior approval from AGLC. Groups are not required to request approval to retain balances of $50,000 or less.

Groups must be prepared to submit this document upon request

Groups may use a maximum cumulative total of 30 per cent of gaming proceeds for administrative expenses that are necessary for eligible charitable programs or services.
