Claiming expired slot or vlt tickets
Unvalidated slot or vlt tickets that are more than thirty (30) days old are expired.
Following expiry, players can still make a request for payment from AGLC by submitting the following:
- Completed expired ticket form
- Original ticket(s)
Please send completed document(s) with the original ticket(s) to:

AGLC will review all requests for payment. Please note that this request may take up to two weeks to process once received.
