Submission of Content
You acknowledge and agree that all information including stories, opinions, news articles, text, photographs, illustrations, logos, audio clips, images, information, data, graphics, messages or other materials (“Content”) appearing on the Sites or submitted to the Sites are the responsibility of the person or entity that originated the Content. By submitting Content to the Sites you represent and warrant that:
- you are the owner of the Content, or have been granted all the rights necessary from the Content owner to submit such Content to the Sites;
- where you have submitted photographs, you have the permission of the individual(s) appearing in the photograph,
- the use of such Content by AGLC will not infringe on the intellectual property rights or otherwise violate any law or any rights of any party;
- you automatically grant AGLC (or warrant that the Content owner has granted to AGLC) an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, copy, transmit, display, publish, adapt, create derivative works of, distribute, transfer or sell any such Content, for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, commercial purposes, without any compensation to you, and such grant includes a waiver of your moral rights in the Content, or warrant that the Content owner has so waived; and
- AGLC is free to use any information that you submit using any “chat” or “feedback” function offered by AGLC, as AGLC in its sole and absolute discretion deems fit, without any compensation to you.
AGLC may in its sole and absolute discretion, but under no circumstances will be obliged to, screen, edit, refuse to post or remove any Content, in whole or in part, from the Sites. This includes Content that violates any applicable laws, Rules and Regulations, Game Conditions, Promotion Conditions, agreements or other terms including these Terms of Use, or is otherwise objectionable.
AGLC reserves the right to disclose any Content or information as required by law.
