CUKTCA completion instructions 

On April 1,2021, the Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement (CUKTCA) came into force and provides continuity, predictability and stability between Canada and the United Kingdom.

How to submit

Certificate of Origin (CO) must be completed by the foreign producer or exporter, not the liquor agency. The liquor agency is to receive the completed CO from their supplier and review that it is completed and corrected in full before sending by email to CertificatesofOrigin@aglc.ca
