Canada and European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)

On September 21, 2017, CETA came into force and applies to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden

The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of European Union preferential origin.

How to submit

Certificate of Origin (CO) must be completed by the foreign producer or exporter, not the liquor agency. The liquor agency is to receive the completed CO from their supplier and review that it is completed and corrected in full before sending by email to CertificatesofOrigin@aglc.ca
