Updates to the Casino Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines

- AGLC is committed to reviewing policies to meet the needs of stakeholders, while maintaining an effective regulatory environment. As a result, the following policy amendments have been made to the CTCOG:
- Subsection 1.7 has been amended to reflect minor updates to the Deal Us In Casino Staff Training certification requirements.
- Subsections 4.8.5 and 14.2.29 have been amended to update references to align with changes to the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Regulation.
- Subsection 4.8.6 has been amended to reflect changes to the Licence/Registration Application Package forms by updating current form names and numbers.
- Subsection 5.5.1 has been amended, enabling the option for designated CCTV cameras with a resolution of 1080P or greater, to be set to record at 20 images per second, as approved by AGLC.
- Subsection 9.18.10 has been amended to reflect an increase to mini baccarat betting limits to $2,000 per square and the aggregate table limit to $18,000.
