This bulletin is to advise Class E licensees that following a review of the Liquor Manufacturer Handbook (LMH), the following amendments to the LMH have been approved:

  • Permitting the sale of products from other Class E licensees in Class A Manufacturer Taprooms (section 3.7).
  • Amending food service requirements for Class A Manufacturer Taprooms so they are similar to the food requirements of a Class A Minors Prohibited premises.
  • Amending section 7.3 (Minors) to clarify when minors are permitted in a Class E premises.
  • Re-numbering the sections of the LMH to no longer include deleted sections.
  • Eliminating policy related to Class A Manufacturer Lounges.
  • Amending subsections 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 (Class E Licence - Small Manufacturer) regarding the timeframe for submitting an annual worldwide production (AWP) declaration.
