Gaming Policy Reference Updates

This bulletin is to advise all licensed charitable organizations and raffle workers of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Raffle Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines (RTC). The following policies came into effect September 25, 2023.
- AGLC is committed to reviewing policies to meet the needs of stakeholders, while maintaining an effective regulatory environment. As a result, the following policy amendments have been made to Sections 4.1 and 4.2.
- Subsection 4.1.5 has been amended to reflect changes to the Registration Application Package forms and by updating current form names and numbers.
- Subsection 4.2.22 has been amended to update references to align with changes to the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Regulation.

Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies, update your Raffle Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines as required, and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new requirements.
