Liquor Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise all liquor licensees of amendments to Section 7.6 of the Liquor Licensee Handbook.
Effective immediately, policy has been amended to enable exclusivity agreements to be arranged based on liquor product types rather than broad categories.
The amended policy may be accessed on AGLC’s website.
Please familiarize yourself with this change and ensure affected staff are notified.
