Liquor Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise Class A licensees of an amendment to section 3.1 of the Liquor Licensee Handbook and section 3.7 of the Liquor Manufacturer Handbook.
Effective immediately, upon approval of the AGLC, Class A licensees may store liquor at an off-site location which will serve as a warehouse for chain restaurants and bars licensed under the same legal entity as the licensee. All liquor orders and payment for liquor orders must be made at each licensed premises.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policy and ensure all staff are notified of these changes.
