Policy Amendments – Casino Policy Alignment
June 21, 2022
This bulletin is to advise all casino facility licensees and registered gaming workers of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Casino Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines (CTCOG). The following CTCOG policies are effective June 21, 2022.
- These amended policies include changes that accurately reflect current legislation and alignment with other gaming policy handbooks:
- Subsection 3.1.1 was amended to reflect current Gaming Liquor and Cannabis Regulation wording and align with policy in other gaming policy handbooks;
- Subsections 4.9.10, 4.11.2 and 6.1.7 were amended to reflect current Gaming Liquor and Cannabis Regulation wording; and
- Subsections 7.1.3 ‐7.1.5 have been restructured to better clarify the roles and responsibilities of the general manager/cash cage advisor and volunteers regarding CasinoTrack system unique ID cards.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies, update your CTCOG as required, and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new requirements.
