A Good Call Training Certification Amendments

This bulletin is to advise all bingo facility licensees and registered gaming workers of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Commercial Bingo Handbook. The following policies came into effect September 25, 2023.
• AGLC is committed to reviewing policies to meet the needs of stakeholders, while maintaining an effective regulatory environment. As a result, the following policy amendments have been made to subsection 1.3.
- Subsection 1.3.2 has been amended to reflect minor updates to the A Good Call Training certification requirements.
The amended CBH may be accessed on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca. Additional information regarding AGLC’s commitment to a modern regulatory environment that supports consumer choice, innovation and economic growth can be found on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca/modernization.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies, update your Commercial Bingo Handbook as required, and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new requirements.
