Albert Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) is conducting annual stakeholder and public satisfaction surveys to understand gaming, liquor and cannabis activities in Alberta as well as our performance in serving Albertans.
Five annual surveys are conducted by AGLC between February and March each year:
- Survey of Albertans
Provides feedback related to gaming, liquor, cannabis, social responsibility and AGLC as an organization
- Social Responsibility Survey
Survey determines the incidence of Albertans who drink alcohol, gamble and use cannabis responsibly, as well as measures the awareness of AGLC-led social responsibility programs and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Surveys
Three separate surveys are conducted with gaming retailers, cannabis licensees and liquor licensees and agencies.
All surveys will be conducted from approximately January 7th – February 22nd by NRG, our contracted research firm.
Survey results are highlighted in our annual report and used to improve business processes. As always, all information provided from participants will be protected and remain anonymous.
