This bulletin is to advise all licensed charitable organizations and registered gaming suppliers of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Pull Ticket Terms & Conditions (PTTC). The following policies are effective December 9, 2025.

AGLC is committed to continually reviewing policies to increase flexibility and efficiency for stakeholders in running their operations, while maintaining an effective regulatory environment.

The PTTC has been fully reviewed, and the document has been amended to;

  • provide licensed charitable organizations in Alberta with increased flexibility and efficiency;
  • remove redundant and/or outdated policies; and
  • support licensed charitable organizations and reduce regulatory red tape.

The attached Summary of Key Amendments highlights important policy changes.

The amended PTTC may be accessed online. Additional information regarding AGLC’s commitment to a modern regulatory environment that supports consumer choice, innovation and economic growth can be found on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca/modernization.

Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies, and ensure all charity members, volunteers and paid staff are notified of the new requirements.
