This form cannot be submitted until after your casino has been completed, and must be completed by a member of the organization with signing authority.

An organization may amend its use of gaming proceeds at any time by submitting the request on this form.

This form must be submitted and approved for the following:Outside Alberta, within Canada over $10,000Outside Canada over $5,000

This form must be submitted and approved before gaming proceeds can be used for wages/salaries.

Retention of Gaming Funds must have prior approval from AGLC. Groups are not required to request approval to retain balances of $50,000 or less.

Groups must be prepared to submit this document upon request
