Donations to licensed groups that conduct gaming events - casino, bingo, pull ticket, or raffles with a total ticket value over $20,000, do not require approval; however, the donor group must retain a copy of this signed Recipient Agreement.
Note: Groups licensed with AGLC that only conduct Raffles with a total ticket value $20,000 or less (i.e. that do not conduct casino, bino, pull ticket, or raffle events with a total ticket value more than $20,000) must provide the Gaming Proceeds - Recipient Agreement for groups that are not licensed with AGLC (form 5507) to the donor group. The donor group is not required to submit the form to AGLC unless requested.
