Cannabis Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise cannabis licensees of an amendment to the Retail Cannabis Store Handbook (RCSH).
- Effective immediately, Section 3.2.6 of the RCSH has been removed.
- Retailer compliance regarding cannabis visibility to minors is regulated federally under the Cannabis Act.
- The updated RCSH may be accessed on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca.
