Effective October 31, AGLC is discontinuing the practice of issuing plastic SMART Training Certification cards. Liquor and gaming workers can download and print their certification card from their SMART account, or save the image on their mobile device.
Workers who currently have plastic SMART Training cards can continue to use the card until it expires. If a worker requires a replacement card, they can download their card through their SMART account. Individuals who do not have the ability to print a card or save the image to a mobile device can contact AGLC’s SMART Training Office at info@smartprograms.aglc.ca or 780-447-8600 (Toll Free at 1-800-272-8876) to receive a printed paper card via Canada Post.
