AGLC surveys provide choices Albertans can trust

AGLC is conducting annual stakeholder and public satisfaction surveys to understand gaming and liquor activities in Alberta as well as our performance in serving Albertans.

Five annual surveys are conducted by AGLC between February and March each year:

Survey of Albertans

Provides feedback related to gaming, liquor, social responsibility and AGLC as an organization

Social Responsibility Survey

Survey determines the incidence of Albertans who drink alcohol and gamble responsibly, and measures the awareness of AGLC-led social responsibility programs and initiatives.

Stakeholder Surveys

Three separate surveys are conducted with gaming retailers, charitable gaming licensees, and liquor licensees and agencies.

All surveys will be conducted from approximately February 15 to March 23 by NRG, our contracted research firm.

Survey results are highlighted in our annual report and used to improve business processes.  As always, all information provided from participants will be protected and remain anonymous.
