Retention of Gaming Funds must have prior approval from AGLC. Groups are not required to request approval to retain balances of $50,000 or less.

Groups must be prepared to submit this document upon request

Groups may use a maximum cumulative total of 30 per cent of gaming proceeds for administrative expenses tat are necessary for eligible charitable programs or services.
