Gaming Proceeds - Recipient agreement for donations to groups that are not licensed with AGLC

In accordance with the Charitable Gaming Policies Handbook 4.3.9, the donor group is not required to submit this recipient agreement to AGLC for the following types of total annual donations to groups that are not licensed with AGLC:

• Up to $25,000 within Alberta
• Up to $10,000 outside Alberta, within Canada
• Up to $5,000 outside Canada

In Accordance with the Charitable Gaming Policies Handbook 4.4.6 the donor group must submit this recipient agreement to AGLC with prior approval along with either the Request to Amend Use of Gaming Proceeds (form 5506) or the Request to Donate Use of Proceeds Outside Alberta (form 5502) for the following types of total donation to groups that are not licensed with AGLC.

• More than $25,000 within Alberta
• More than $10,000 outside Alberta, within Canada
• More than $5,000 outside Canada
