This bulletin is to advise all Class E liquor manufacturers of policy amendments to the Liquor Manufacturer Handbook (LMH) regarding the storage and distribution of liquor products between Small Manufacturers.

Effective immediately, small manufacturers may combine liquor orders for liquor deliveries and store products from other small manufacturers for the purpose of making these deliveries.

The amended sections of the handbook may be found under Sections 5.4, 5.5 and 6.1 of the LMH.
