Casino Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise all casino facility licensees, registered gaming workers and sportsbook registrants of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Casino Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines (CTCOG). The following policies are effective March 17, 2026.
AGLC is committed to reviewing policies to meet the needs of stakeholders, while maintaining an effective regulatory environment. As part of the introduction of sportsbook in licensed gaming facilitites, policy amendments have been made to Sections 8 and 19, as well as the addition of Section 21 in the CTCOG:
- Subsections 8.9, 8.11, 8.13 and 19.1 – minor policy amendments pertaining to requirements for facility licensees in regard to sportsbook, including updates to AML policies and general requirements for facility licensees.
- Section 21 was added to incorporate regulatory requirements for registered gaming terminal dealers (Sportsbook Terminal Dealers) and registered gaming suppliers related to sportsbook operations (e.g., oddsmakers, independent integrity monitors).
The amended CTCOG can be accessed online.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies, update your Casino Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines as required, and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new requirements.
