While AGLC offices will be closed from December 24, 2025 to January 1, 2026, a number of services remain available. The Customer Care Centre will remain open with modified hours.

In alignment with provincial law, AGLC is the sole wholesaler of cannabis products in Alberta, mandated to responsibly supply Alberta's retailers with recreational cannabis products.
