What is changing?
As part of AGLC’s ongoing digital transformation, we are implementing a new SAP-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, known as Sphere, to modernize how we operate and interact with our partners.
Why are changes being made?
Sphere will replace and integrate multiple existing AGLC systems to improve how we manage key processes such as finance, procurement, sales order management, and other vendor interactions. This change will enhance data accuracy, streamline processes, and enable more timely and transparent transactions across our network.
When will changes take place?
We are planning to go live with Sphere on August 11, 2026. Several preparation activities will take place in July and August to ensure a smooth transition from our existing systems. Please make sure to review the resources specific to your line of business often for regular updates.
Who will be impacted by this change?
The Order-to-Cash cycles (from sales orders to payment processing) within the new ERP system will impact processes, requirements, and ways of working for our warehouse providers and suppliers and licensees for both the liquor and cannabis lines of business. This may include how you submit invoices, receive payments, manage orders, or interact with our systems. Please review the tile below that relates to your business.
