Cannabis Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise cannabis representatives and suppliers of minor amendments to the Cannabis Representative Handbook (CRH).
Following a complete review of the CRH, policy amendments were made to:
- update contact information in alignment with other handbooks;
- combine policy and simplify language pertaining to cannabis representative registration applications in Sections 2.1 and 2.2;
- combine and simplify cannabis supplier store application policy from Section 2.2 into Section 2.8;
- remove redundant cannabis product and sales policy wording in Section 3.2; and
- remove Administrative Sanctions and Board Hearings section headings previously noted as deleted.
This review further streamlines cannabis policy and ensures consistent wording and alignment with other policy handbooks. The amended CRH may be accessed online.
