Cannabis Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise all registered cannabis representatives and retail cannabis store licensees of recent amendments to Section 4.3 of the Cannabis Representative Handbook and Section 6.3 of the Retail Cannabis Store Handbook.
Effective immediately, cannabis representatives may provide cannabis product samples to retail cannabis store licensees on an ongoing basis, in quantities appropriate for legitimate business and educational purposes. All samples are for licensee use only and must comply with federal guidelines.
In addition, record‑keeping requirements for cannabis sampling is reduced from six years to two years.

Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies, and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new amendments.
