  • The LTCPH has been streamlined and reorganized to ensure it continues to be efficient and user-friendly for lottery ticket retailers, including:

    • Section 3 corporate retail chain contract agent policy was relocated from Section 3.6 to Section 3.3 – Locations with an Existing Lottery Ticket Terminal.
    • Section 4 relocated multiple terminal retailer policy from Section 4.3 to Section 2.1 - Profitability and Trial Networks.
    • Section 5 streamlined ticket activation policy by:
      • moving Section 5.3 to Section 5.1 – Lottery Ticket Activation and Sales; and
      • relocating policy from Section 5.4 and Section 5.8, which has been moved to Section 5.3 – Validation, Redemption and Expiry of Tickets.
    • Section numbers in the LTCPH have been updated to reflect the changes described above and the removal of policy sections that were previously deleted/moved as part of the Red Tape Reduction Review in November 2021.
