Liquor Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise Class C - Canteen and Travellers' lounge licensees of amendments to section 3.4 of the Liquor Licensee Handbook (LLH).

Amendments to policy clarify that self-service on Class C - Canteen and Travellers' lounge premises is permitted. Self-service is not permitted for other Class C licensees such as Clubs and Educational Institutions.
