Policy Amendments – Bingo Policy Alignment
June 21, 2022
This bulletin is to advise all bingo facility licensees and registered gaming workers of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Commercial Bingo Handbook (CBH). The following CBH policies are effective June 21, 2022.
- These amended policies include changes that accurately reflect current legislation and& alignment with other gaming policy handbooks:
- Section 1.11 – Licence Objections (previously Section 10.10) was moved to Section 1 to align with other gaming policy handbooks.
- Subsection 3.5.4 was amended to reflect current Gaming Liquor and Cannabis Regulation.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies, update your CBH as required, and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new requirements.
