He has held executive roles across publicly traded and not-for-profit organizations in the transportation, mining, manufacturing and human services sectors, where he has focused on building strong teams and fostering positive, high-performing workplace cultures. Known for his authentic and collaborative leadership style, Jesse believes strong cultures are built through trust, communication, accountability and a shared commitment to continuous improvement. Jesse brings a strong background in people leadership, organizational culture and operations. His approach to leadership is grounded in relationship building and helping people and teams succeed together.
