Gordon Rauscher brings over 25 years of dynamic leadership across finance, government, and industry to the AGLC Board.
As Chief Commercial Officer of Carlson Construction, Gordon is a key driver of strategic growth and Indigenous engagement. Previously, he spearheaded the development and opening of the Bear Hills Casino & Travel Resort, securing major financing and government partnerships to bring Louis Bull Tribe’s vision to life.
A lifelong learner and governance advocate, Gordon holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is completing his ICD.D (from the Institute of Corporate Directors) designation.
His passion lies in building strong partnerships, advancing strategic planning, and fostering economic and social opportunities that endure.
