Susan Green has been appointed Chair of the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) Board.
In addition to Green’s appointment, Ken Knowles joins AGLC Board as a member. Both appointments are effective immediately.

In her position as Board Chair, and through work with AGLC Board and the organization, Green will be responsible for overseeing the performance of AGLC, setting strategic directions for the gaming and liquor industries in Alberta, and conducting hearings.
Green was the successful candidate in an open competition that was conducted by an executive search firm in consultation with the Alberta Public Service’s Corporate Human Resources.
Ken Knowles’ experience includes 40 years in the racing, gaming, entertainment and exhibition industries.
