Liquor Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise registered liquor agents and Class E liquor manufacturers of policy amendments to Section 3.1 of the Liquor Agency Handbook (LAH) and Section 4.1 of the Liquor Manufacturer Handbook (LMH) regarding liquor product registration.
Effective immediately, AGLC may refuse to register any liquor products that may appeal to minors through the product’s design or packaging.
The revised LAH and LMH may be accessed online.
