Raffle Licence and Eligibility Forms

Raffle Information:

A raffle licence authorizes eligible charitable or religious groups to conduct a lottery scheme in which tickets or prize bonds are sold for a chance to win prizes.

All raffles must be licensed, and the proceeds generated from such raffles must be used for charitable or religious activities.

There are two types of license applications, depending on the scale of the proposed raffle activity:

Raffles $10,000 & Under

If your group has never held any type of gaming licence and is interested in conducting a raffle with a total ticket value $10,000 or less, please complete this Eligibility for a Raffle Licence Application.

Raffles Over $10,000
